SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Our fulfillment turnaround time is 3-7 business days after receipt of order, weekends not included. Each arôme candle is handmade and handpoured with love. You will receive an additional email, with a tracking number, once your decadent candle is on its way. If you do not receive a tracking email, just email us at hello@aromecandle.co and we will send it to you.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are absolutely satisfied with your candle purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Dash of Arômd candles will offer store credit on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days of your order date. Please contact us via email to process a return. Because we are a small company, we cannot modify or cancel orders after payment confirmation.
CANDLES ARRIVED BROKEN
We're so sorry that happened. Please email us at hello@aromecandle.co with a picture of your broken candle and your order number, and we will get a replacement shipped out for you asap.

CUSTOM SCENTS
We currently do no offer private label custom scents, but as the saying goes, never say never. As our small business grows, we certainly do hope to offer this service.
CANDLE CARE
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. If your candle flame extinguishes on its own, the wick is likely to long, make sure to trim down. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
